Products Characteristics: The platform can simultaneously measure the light intensity of the LED at six angles (15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°). A single sample holder supports the sequential measurement of 12 LEDs. It can measure the J-V curve, I-V curve, IPD-V curve, and IPD-Angle curve of the target LED. Measure the External Quantum Efficiency (EQE), Power Efficiency (PE), Current Efficacy (CE), Radiance LradW at different angles, and Luminance Lradlm at different angles for the target LED. The platform enables comprehensive testing and analysis of LED performance, facilitating the development of high-quality LED products.
